Present: Shri Sandeep Arora, counsel for the appellants,
Pursuant to the earlier order dated 22.07.2022 of this Tribunal, notices were issued to the respondents, but the office report dated 12.10.2022 shows that affidavit of service has been filed, according to which, notices sent to the respondents have returned back with endorsement “insufficient address”. Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondents through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
