As regards delay in filing the appeal, Ld. Counsel states that the appeal is within limitation, the impugned order was passed on 30.04.2022 and thereafter, the appellant Bank applied for certified copy of the order sheet which was delivered to Bank on 27.05.2022. The same has been detailed in the limitation Para of the instant appeal. The appeal has been filed on line on 09.06.2022. Hence, the defect regarding delay is reconcilled
The instant Appeal is filed by Bank under section 20 of the RDB Act against judgment dated 30.04.2022 of DRT, Patna in Appeal No. 11 of 2014. Urgency Application has been filed along with Appeal.
