THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Allahabad Bank is merged with Indian Bank, accordingly necessary amendment be carried out during the course of the day.
In the appeal an application for waiver u/s 18 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 is filed on the ground that secured asset has been sold out. Same matter is fixed for hearing on 02.08.2022. Let this matter be listed on 02.08.2022.
In the meantime, respondents are directed to file objection with advance copy be served upon the appellants who may file rejoinder before the next date fixed.
