This is an application for amendment moved by the Appellant specifically of the point that he is the auction purchaser. After purchase of the property certain improvements were made in the property in dispute. These facts are to be brought on record.
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.
As far as improvements made over the property in dispute after the purchase arte concerned, even if any improvements have been made, they would be subject to the decision of the appeal. Accordingly, the application,

being Application No. 520 of 2018 , is allowed. Amendment be carried within a week.
Affidavit-in-opposition in appeal filed by Respondent No. 3; taken on record. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within three weeks.
