Shri V.K. Shukla, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and with regard to pre-deposit Ld. Counsel submits that the property of the appellant has been sold for Rs. 72.10 lacs on 24.04.2022 against the sale notice dated 06.11.2019 for Rs. 31,34,840. Hence, no amount is required to be deposited against the mandatory pre-deposit of 25%. For the rest, Waiver Application being I.A. No. 400/2022 has already been filed along with the Appeal.
With regard to supply of the certified copy of the impugned order, the Ld. Counsel submits that the same shall be submitted shortly. In the last, Ld. Counsel prays that there is Urgency Application being I.A. No. 401/2022 which may be listed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 26.09.2022 considering the Urgency stated in the said Application.
In view of the aforesaid, list this case before Hon’ble Chairperson on 26.09.2022 for Urgency/Admission.
