Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the I.A. No. 675/2022 being urgency application and I.A. No. 676/2022 being time extension application.
Since the matter has been taken up today, therefore the urgency application is disposed off as such.
It is contented that due to inadvertent mistake, pursuant to the order of this Tribunal dated 10.11.2022, by which the second opportunity was granted to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondents, steps could not be taken, therefore, the time extension application may be allowed and the appellant may be permitted to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents as per order dated 10.11.2022.
In view of the above, the time extension application filed by the appellant is allowed. As last opportunity, let the fresh steps be taken within a week for service of notice upon the respondents by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
List this case on the date already fixed i.e. 03.02.2023 for service.
