No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. As per the prayer in the O.A. the dues of Bank was Rs. 6,68,35,120/= with interest. Further as per award in S.A. No. 48 of 2022 of Lok Adalat of DRT, Dehradun the aforesaid O.A. was also disposed of along with the other another account and total settlement amount to be paid was Rs. 10 crore (Page No. 112 and 113 of the instant appeal). Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Application has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against interim order dated 11.10.2022 of DRT, Dehradun in M.A. No. 21/2022 (In O.A. No. 267/2021). Waiver Application (I.A. No. 568/2022) and Stay Application (I.A. No. 567/2022) have been filed.
