The present appeal has been filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against the interim order dated 11.10.2022 passed by the DRT, Dehradun in M.A. No. 21/2022 in O.A. No. 267/2021.
The report of the Registrar dated 17.11.2022 shows that the I.A. No. 568/2022 being waiver application and I.A. No. 567/2022 being stay application have been filed and no pre deposit has been made. The report further records that the dues of the bank was Rs. 6,68,35,120/- plus interest and as per award in S.A. No. 48/2022 of Lok Adalat of DRT, Dehradun, the aforesaid O.A. was also disposed off along with another account and total settlement amount to be paid was Rs. 10.00 crores, for which according to the impugned order has not been deposited with the Bank.
Let the notice be issued to the respondents on the waiver by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
