The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the order dated 12.04.2022 passed by the DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 536/2018.
Learned counsel for the appellant deposits a demand draft no. 313037 for Rs. 3500/- towards deficit court fee. He has also filled the details of court fee at para 10 of the memo.
With regard to the pre-deposit, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has filed waiver application and he will argue the matter before the Hon’ble Chairperson.
As prayed, list this case before the Hon’ble Chairperson on 21.09.2022 for waiver.
