The present transfer application has been filed by the applicants on the ground that there is no Presiding Officer at DRT, Dehradun, therefore, the present matter be transferred to any other DRT under the jurisdiction of the DRAT, Allahabad.
The registry of this Tribunal has informed that the Presiding Officer has joined at DRT, Dehradun, therefore, the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. The applicants may move appropriate application before the DRT, Dehradun for redressal of his grievance, if so advised.
