Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 has filed the recall application, who states that the copy of the recall application has been served upon Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, counsel for the respondent-Bank and the same shall be served upon the respondent no. 6 during course of the day. Let the appearing respondents (in recall application) file reply by the next date.
Perusal of the order dated 12.08.2021 shows that the applicant was directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the remaining respondents, but no steps have been taken till date. Let the same be taken within two weeks for effecting service upon the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post.
