Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the arguing counsel could not come from Patna, therefore, he seeks adjournment.
The learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that the matter is seized before the Hon’ble High Court, Patna, therefore, he also prays for adjournment to await the outcome from the Hon’ble High Court, Patna.
In view of the above, the case is adjourned to 20.12.2022 for hearing.
