It is observed from record that Affidavit of service of summon was filed on 21-032022 before Hon’ble bench. Postal tracking reports are showing that service of summons upon respondent no.1 is confirmed whereas 2, 3, 4, 5& 6 are not confirmed.
In compliance of order dated 21-03-2022 of Hon’ble Chairperson, Ld. Counsel, Mr. Srinivas has carried out necessary amendment.
