It is observed from record that following documents are been received by this tribunal through post from Ld. Counsel, Mr. Rama Krishna Annavajjulla as per our order dated 01.11.2022.
- Delay Petition no. IA 431of 2022
- Three IPOs of Rs.50.00 each towards deficit Court fee in MA Dy.no.612/2022, IA 409/2022, IA 408/2022.
Hence all the defects mentioned in order dated 01.11.2022 in respect Restoration petition, MA Dy.no.612/2022 and dated 25.11.2019 in respect of Main Appeal Dy. no.13/2019 are removed.
The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairperson on 23/11/2022 for further proceedings.
