Scrutiny of the application reveals the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of Rudra Bhattacharya & another with a prayer to give direction to the Ld. D.R.T.-1, Kolkata to dispose of the IA 402 of 2022, IA 1360 of 2019, IA 73 of 2019 and SA 142 of 2015 on day to day basis as expeditiously as possible conforming to the spirit of the order passed on 26.08.2022 by this Appellate Tribunal.
Application fees of Rs.200/- vide T.R. no.116394 dt. 17.11.2022 has been paid along with the application.
