There is no appearance for the Respondents. Although there was a proposal to represent made by Advocate Shri Radhe Agarwal who also undertook to file Vakalatnama. In case Vakalatnama is not forthcoming on the next date of hearing, Respondent shall set exparte because they had already been served with the notice.
