Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per order of this Tribunal, notices were sent to the respondents, but the postal receipts have been misplaced, therefore, he intends to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no. 5.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the appellant is allowed to take fresh steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondents no. 5/1, 5/2 and 5/3 by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
