The Ld. Counsel for appellants states that they are auction purchasers in the present matter and are only interested in getting their money back. Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 bank strongly opposes the same and submits that she has filed an appeal, which is yet to be decided, and whatever order will be passed by this Tribunal in that appeal, the bank will abide by the same.
