THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

In this application Appellants have prayed for condonation of delay in filing the appeal on the ground that due to personal reason of the Learned Counsel, the appeal could not be filed within time.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent, however, opposed by stating that no good ground has been taken for condoning the delay.
Going through the record, I find the ground, as made out in the application, is sufficient for condoning the delay.
The application, being I.A. 452 of 2019, is allowed by condoning the delay.
List the mater on 15th July, 2022 for hearing on the point of waiver in making pre deposit.
