Necessary steps for substitution be taken within a period of two weeks. Notices be sent upon the proposed LRs and Affidavit-of-service be filed before the next date of listing.
It appears necessary amendment regarding merger of the Bank has not been carried out in the Memo of Appeal. Appellant is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the nomenclature of the appeal with regard to Respondents No. 1 and 2.
