Mr. Souritra Ganguly, Learned Counsel for Appellant places an order of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, passed in WPA 4702 of 2022, and submits that the next date of hearing of the appeal has been fixed on the 20th of May, 2022. In view of the ensuring summer vacation, Learned Counsel for both the parties will not be available on the 20th of May, 2022 and as such prays for preponement of the date.
