Perusal of the earlier order dated 21.10.2019 shows that the appellant was directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 3, but the office report dated 25.03.2022 reveals that no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant. The office report further shows that the notices were issued to the respondent no. 1, but neither A.D. card nor envelops have returned back. Let fresh steps be taken within a week for service of notice upon the said respondents through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area.
An application has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2- ICICI Bank for deletion of its name from array of the parties on the ground that the debt has been assigned to the appellantARCIL. However, reply on behalf of the respondent no. 2 has been filed.
