Learned counsel for the appellants states that the property in question has already been sold for a sum of Rs.2,43,10,000/- and in view of that he be exempted from making 50% pre-deposit for the entertaining the appeal.
Let notice on the waiver aspect of the matter and in appeal be issued to the respondents for 17.08.2022.
