Vide my order dated 31.03.2022, I had disposed of Misc. Appeal No.28/2022 titled as ‘Mr. Rishabh Gulati vs. Shriram Housing Finance Ltd.’ It has now been brought to my notice by the Registry that inadvertently the appeal number on the physical file was written as ‘Misc. Appeal 28/2022’, instead of Misc. Appeal No.35/2022, when the file was placed before me on 31.03.2022 and an order disposing of the same was passed. It is informed by the Registry that appeal number was not generated online due to some technical issue on 30.03.2022. Physical file was prepared with a temporary regular Appeal No.28/2022 and was sent to Court for proceedings on 31.03.2022. Later on, a Misc. Appeal number could be generated on 31.03.2022 online and the Misc. Appeal number so generated was 35/2022. As the order of 31.03.2022 was to be uploaded on urgent basis, the same was uploaded with Misc. Appeal No.28/2022 instead of Misc. Appeal No.35/2022. This mistake was noticed only after the uploading of the order.
Since the number has inadvertently written as Misc. Appeal No.28/2022, it is ordered to be rectified. The appeal number in the abovesaid order dated 31.03.2022 be now read as ‘Misc. Appeal No.35/2022’ instead of Misc. Appeal No.28/2022. It is ordered accordingly.
