THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for respondent no.1 and 2 submits that there are certain documents which are part of records in the DRT, but those documents are not included in the paper book filed by the appellant. Hence, learned counsel prays leave to file those documents by way of affidavit.
Respondent no. 1 and 2 is permitted to file those documents which are part of record in the DRT by way of filing affidavit with advance copy to the appellant and respondent no.3.
List on 13.12.2022 for hearing the appeal.
Interim order passed on 04.09.2019 shall continue till the next date of hearing.
