This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant Shri Vinod Kumar Jain who has unfortunately expired on 04.11.2018 and the application for bringing on record the LRs is filed on 10.01.2019.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent prays for supply of the copy of the application.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant states that copy has already been supplied to Ld. Counsel for the respondent.
Ld. Counsel for respondent bank has no objection in allowing the present application. However, he prays that the appellant may be directed to supply the copy of the same, so that her file is complete.
Heard. In view of the demise of the appellant on 04.11.2018, the present application is allowed and LRs namely (1) Mrs. Anju Jain w/o Late Sh. Vinod Kumar Jain, (2) Mr. Vineet Jain s/o Late Sh. Vinod Kumar Jain and (3) Mr. Manish Jain, s/o Late Sh. Vinod Kumar Jain all R/o 25, Friends Colony, New Delhi of deceased appellant are taken on record. Let amended memo of parties be filed before the next date. In the meanwhile, let copy of the LRs application be supplied to the Ld. Counsel for respondent bank immediately.
List the matter on 20.03.2023 for hearing on the application (I.A. No. 753/2017) for waiver of pre-deposit.
