Ld. Counsel Mr. Nemani Srinivas appears on behalf of appellant and submits that as this appeal is filed against the order dated 30-09-2022 passed in MA/90/2022 in OA/873/2015 and the MA was for return of title deed after withdrawal of original application by the bank after full satisfaction of due amount under OTS Scheme, hence defect of deficit fee does not arise.
Post this matter before Hon’ble Chairperson on 14-11-2022 for admission.
