Counsel submits that copies of paper book have been served upon Mr. Subhojit Saha, Ld. Counsel for respondent no.2 and 3 on 24-06-2022,pursuant to his written request made on 16-03-2022 and same have been endorsed by him on the office copy of the appellant’s brief.
Defects in Sl. No.3 of order dated 28-04-2022 are yet to be rectified.
