Heard the learned counsel for the applicants on the urgency application being I.A. No. 599/2022.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the physical possession of the secured asset has been handed over to the auction purchaser without S.A. being heard by the DRT, Patna.
The report of the Registrar dated 17.11.2022 shows that the matter is already fixed for 15.12.2022.
In view of the above, let the matter be preponed from 15.12.2022 to 02.12.2022. Accordingly, the urgency application stands disposed off.
