The Ld. Counsel for appellant FI submits that she approached the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi since this Tribunal was not functional at that time. She further states that now the Hon’ble High Court has reserved the order and, therefore, the present appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive the same in case the Hon’ble High Court orders the appellant to approach this Tribunal.
In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
