The application, being formal in nature, the prayer for substitution of Punjab National Bank in place and instead of United Bank of India is allowed.
Appellant is directed to carry out the amendment within a period of one week.

Talukdar has expired on the 14th of August, 2021.
Let substitution application be filed within a period of four weeks.
