Scrutiny of the application reveals the followings:

The application has been filed on behalf of M/s. Royal Wealth Company and Ors against the order dated 05-08-2021 passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-Visakhapatnam. Application fees of Rs.50005/- vide T.R. no.115446 dt.02-02-2022 has been paid along with the application.

The Vakalatnama has been filed by the Ld. Advocate Mr. Nemani Srinivas.

The case is under the jurisdiction of this Appellate Tribunal.

The instant appeal is presented before this Hon’ble Appellate Tribunal seeking benefit of the solemn orders passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India firstly on March23,2020 in SMW(C) No. 3 of 2020, subsequently on September 23,2021 in Miscellaneous Case No.665 of of 2021 and lastly on January 10, 2022 in Miscellaneous Cases no.21 of 2022 read with Miscellaneous Case no.29 of 2022 dated January 10, 2022 extending the period of limitation for the period 15-03-2020 till March1,2022 for preferring appeals and filing applications. The impugned order and judgment is passed by the Ld. Tribunal on August 5, 2021. Leave shall be craved to produce the solemn orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
