Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 submits that Respondent No. 5 namely P. Adisudarsana Sundara Rao died. Accordingly, steps for substitution be taken. Learned Counsel for the Respondent to provide the details of legal heirs to the Appellant within a period of 10 days. Thereafter Appellants should file the substitution Application within a period of 4 weeks.
