The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that there is a Writ Petition pending before Hon’ble High Court of Bombay considering the acceptance of the OTS proposal made in this matter.
Appellant expects a favorable order by the Hon’ble High Court. Hence, he seeks adjournment for hearing of the application for waiver of deposit filed as M.A. on 10.06.2015. The Pendency of the Appellant’s Writ Petition before Hon’ble High Court is not going to be an embargo in deciding the application for waiver of deposit.
Hence, Appellant is directed to get ready for the hearing on the next date, positively.
Post on 03.08.2022 for hearing.
