Appellant has filed an application as I.A. No. 215/2022 for amending the cause title pertaining to the Respondent No. 3 Dena Bank which has merged with Bank of Baroda.
There is no objection raised by any of the Respondents.
The application is allowed.
The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks.
It is submitted that the Power of Attorney of the fourth Respondent who has filed the vakalatnama, has expired.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the fourth Respondent seeks time for filing fresh Power of Attorney along with Vakalatnama.
The same shall be done within two weeks.
Post on 29.07.2022 for hearing.
