Learned counsel for the appellants has filed an application for substituting the legal heirs of appellant no.1, who has expired, to which time was granted to the learned counsel for the respondents to file reply. It has been intimated that no reply has been filed till date.
In view of the above, the substitution application is allowed and the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to substitute the legal heirs of the appellant no. 1 as appellants and to file amended cause title by the next date.
List this case on 04.05.2022 for further orders.
