Mr. Kapil Bardhar submits that he has filed applications under Section 19(25) of the RDB Act which, however, have not been listed before this Tribunal today.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled with the borrowers and as per the settlement, an amount of Rs.1 crore is to be paid to the bank in four monthly installment of Rs.25,00,000/- each. He wants to place on record the terms of settlement.
List the matter on 20.10.2022 for further proceedings. Interim order to continue till the next date.
