Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is an auction purchaser, therefore, he is not required to deposit the court fee as provided under Rule 13(2)(d). Since he is neither borrower nor guarantor, therefore, the court fee paid Rs. 200/- is sufficient.
Let the bank response to the same by the next date.
Issue notices to the remaining respondents by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
