There is an application for stay filed by the Appellant. In view of the fact, that order dated 14.06.2022 was conditional and was complied with, on deposit of the pre-deposit amount, there is already a stay granted by this Tribunal on all further proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, There is no need for consideration for the separate application for stay.
