Ld. Counsel for appellant submits that matter has been stayed by the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court.
On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for respondent bank states that there is no stay regarding hearing of the matter by this Tribunal as the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court vide order dated 09.09.2021 has only directed this Tribunal not to pass final order.
