This an application filed by the respondent no.1 seeking dismissal of the present appeal.
Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 states that present appeal is liable to be dismissed on the ground that State Bank of India i.e. respondent no.2 has filed a petition before NCLT under Section 95 of read with Section 60 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 seeking initiation of Insolvency Resolution Process of respondent no.1 herein.
Let reply to the present application be filed before the next date. In the meanwhile, appellant shall supply the complete paper book of the appeal to the respondents.
