Learned counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the earlier order dated 19.07.2022, steps have been taken and the memo of appeal has been amended.
As per office report dated 22.09.2022, the respondent no. 3 has been noticed. The said report further shows that no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent-Bank inspite of repeated opportunities being granted.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that one more opportunity be granted.
As last opportunity, let the reply be filed by the respondentBank on or before the next date. The respondent no. 3, who has been noticed, may put in appearance and file reply by the next date.
