THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. 457 of 2021
This is an application filed by the Auction Purchaser, namely Mantosh Deb, to implead him as a party in the appeal, being the Auction Purchaser of the property in question.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the allegations, made in the application, are denied but he has no objection if the Applicant is made party in the instant appeal.
Learned Counsel for Respondent Bank has also no objection if the Applicant is made a party in the instant appeal.

In view of the above submissions, the application, being I.A. 457 of 2021 is allowed.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to incorporate the name of Mantosh Deb as Respondent No. 3 in the Memo of Appeal within three days.
Respondent Bank as well as the newly added Respondent may file objections against the appeal within a period of three weeks; advance copy whereof be supplied to the Appellant; rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
Interim order, passed on 1st September, 2021, shall remain in force till the next date of listing.
List the matter on 15th July, 2022 for hearing of the stay application.
