Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the respondent nos. 2 & 3 reside in Dubai and notices were also sent at the Dubai address, but they opted not to appear. Learned counsel states that he shall take fresh steps for service of notice upon the respondent no. 4 through paper publication. Let the same be taken within 10 days. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
