I.A. No. 258/2022 is filed by the Appellant Bank for bringing on record the Canara Bank in place of Syndicate Bank, Respondent No. 1. The application is formal in nature and has been filed in view of the amalgamation of the Bank and hence, it is allowed.
The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks. Post on 02.08.2022 before Registrar for carrying out amendment.
