The learned counsel for the appellant files an affidavit of compliance praying that since the respondent no. 3 has expired and the respondent no. 7-partnership firm has been dissolved and the partners thereof have been arrayed as parties in the present case, therefore, the service of notice upon the respondents no. 3 & 7 may be dispensed with. Ordered accordingly.
