The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe dated 19.04.2022 filed by Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
Heard learned counsels for Appellant and Respondent.
Appellant is seeking stay of the entire operation of the impugned order.
Learned counsel for Respondent seeks time to file reply.
On hearing both sides I find that it is reasonable to grant three weeks time to file reply. In the meanwhile operation of the impugned order regarding restoration of the possession shall stand stayed till next date of hearing.
Post on 03.06.2022 for hearing along with Appeal No. 31 of 2022.
