THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Mr. P. Nanda Kishore, holding the brief of Mr. Srinivasa Raju, Learned Counsel for Appellant, submits that the Learned Counsel is unable to attend the Court as he is running high fever.
Order dated 17th June, 2022 shows that there was a direction to serve copy of affidavit in advance; the same has not been complied with. Copy is being provided today. On the last date it was made clear that prayer for adjournment would not be entertained. However, since adjournment is sought for on the personal ground of the Learned Counsel, the prayer for adjournment is being allowed.
Rejoinder, if any, be filed before the next date of listing.
List on 8th August, 2022 for hearing.
Be it noted on the next date if any adjournment is sought for, the same will not be entertained and the matter shall be disposed of on merits going through the records available.
