THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
This is an old matter wherein Appellant has filed three application; namely, Stay application, application for Waiver/Exemption of Court Fee and application for Exemption of Pre Deposit; which are pending.
Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the Learned Counsel for the Appellant from Hyderabad had telephonically informed him that he will not be able to appear today although it is expected some other Learned Counsel should have been engaged for making such request before the Court. However, in the interest of justice, the matter stands adjourned for the day.
List the matter on 13th April, 2022.
It is made clear, in the event Learned Counsel for the Appellant fails to appear on the next date, the matter shall be disposed of without granting any further adjournment.
