It appears that Respondent, namely State Bank of India, Krishnanagar Branch, District: Nadia, is not interested to contesting the matter. They are adopting a very callous and negligent attitude in pursuing the matter before this Appellate Tribunal.
Before proceeding further, I find it appropriate that the matter should be brought to the notice of the Senior Officers of the State Bank of India.
